How it all works

1. Introductory Call
Every client relationship begins with a brief phone conversation, usually about 15 minutes. This is a chance for us to get to know you, hear about the health concerns you'd like to explore, and answer any questions about how we work.
2. Health History and Intake
After your call, we'll email you our intake forms, including a confidential health history questionnaire. We'll also ask for any previous and recent lab results you have, so we can see the full picture of your health over time.
3. Lab Testing
If you don't have recent labs, we'll recommend a lab panel based on your health goals and concerns. Our panels are often more comprehensive than standard testing, because we look at related nutrients and markers that can offer additional insight. For example, when thyroid health is a concern, a panel may include TSH, free T3, free T4, TPO and thyroglobulin antibodies, and reverse T3, along with nutrients such as vitamin D and markers related to stress, like cortisol.
4. Lab Review Session
Once your results are in, we'll meet in person or by telehealth to go over them together. We'll walk you through what each marker measures and how the results may relate to one another, so you understand your own numbers and can be an active part of the process.
5. Your Personalized Wellness Plan
After your review session, we'll create an action plan tailored to your goals, which may include nutrition, exercise, and supplement recommendations.
6. Prescription Services Through Licensed Nurse Practitioners
If prescription medication may be appropriate, we can connect you with a licensed nurse practitioner who works with our practice. All prescribing decisions are made by the nurse practitioner. Medications can be filled through specialized compounding pharmacies and shipped directly to your home, often at a lower cost than a retail pharmacy. If you prefer a commercially manufactured medication filled at your local pharmacy and billed to your insurance, that option is available as well.
Â
7. Ongoing Support and Follow-Up
When prescriptions are part of your plan, including hormones, thyroid support, peptides, and other programs, your nurse practitioner will schedule a three-month follow-up with updated labs, and any medication adjustments will be made by your nurse practitioner at that time. We also check in monthly with a quick 15-minute call or secure message to see how you're doing. After the first three months, we stay in touch throughout the rest of your year, and labs are updated annually to keep your plan current.
Â
Pricing
We are a cash-pay practice and do not accept insurance. Consultations are $200 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Lab testing is also cash pay. If your plan includes prescription services, there is an annual nurse practitioner fee of $300, renewed each year with your annual labs.
Â
Monthly Membership
For clients who want ongoing support, our membership is $79 per month and includes a 30-minute meeting each month to review your progress, discuss anything you'd like to add to your plan, and update your nutrition and exercise goals.
Professional-Grade Supplements
Â
We recommend NutriDyn supplements, which are professional-grade, third-party tested, and competitively priced. We'll send you a personalized supplement form, and you can order directly from NutriDyn and reorder anytime, with delivery right to your door.Â
